At Grover T’s, we are passionate about honoring our Southern Heritage. All of our recipes are handcrafted, authentic, and prepared in a true southern style. Our BBQ Meats are kissed by hardwood smoke for up to eighteen hours. If it doesn’t have a pink ring, it’s not the real thing.
Our Pork is pulled from the shoulder when you order and not a moment before. Our BBQ meat is lightly sauced, not slathered. We want you to taste the love and dedication that it takes to make great BBQ.
